1. License Grant

Devikon Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Yojana Mitra (“the app”) on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use of discovering government welfare schemes and checking indicative eligibility.

2. Unofficial Status

The app is an unofficial, independent, informational-only product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any State Government, any Union Territory administration, the Government of India, or the myscheme.gov.in portal. The official portals remain the authoritative sources for scheme information and applications.

3. Informational Use Only

The app provides publicly available scheme information and indicative eligibility suggestions for your convenience. It does not submit applications, does not determine eligibility officially, and is not a substitute for the official government portals. Any “you may qualify” result is indicative only and is not a guarantee.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by law;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app;
  • Use the app to harvest, scrape, or redistribute scheme data at a scale beyond your personal use;
  • Remove or obscure any proprietary or unofficial-status notices in the app.

5. Ownership

The app, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Devikon Inc. and is protected by intellectual-property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the app; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Scheme information displayed in the app belongs to its respective sources and authorities.

6. No Accounts & Your Data

The app requires no account and no sign-in. Your eligibility profile is stored only on your device and is never transmitted, except — if you opt in to online matching — as anonymous eligibility facets. Your handling of the app and the data on your device is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any scheme, eligibility rule, or benefit it displays is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Scheme information is sourced from public portals and shown for reference only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devikon Inc. will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from reliance on any scheme information or eligibility suggestion it displays.

9. Pricing

Yojana Mitra is free to download and use, and carries no advertising.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app, which removes its local data — including your on-device eligibility profile — from your device.

11. Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. This Agreement governs any updates unless an update is accompanied by its own terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts having jurisdiction in West Bengal, India.
