By accessing and using PipeLine (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use PipeLine for personal and commercial purposes related to managing your own contracting or trade business. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may:

• Use the App to manage your own business operations (projects, clients, invoices, expenses, employees, materials)
• Generate invoices and PDF reports for your business
• Store and manage your business data locally on your device

Under this license you may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or copy the underlying source code

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all business data you enter into the App
• Maintaining backups of your important business data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring that your use of generated invoices and reports complies with local tax and business regulations
• Protecting access to your device and the App

4. Data & Privacy

PipeLine stores all business data locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost. Key points:

• All data is stored locally in an encrypted database on your device
• No business data is transmitted to our servers or any third party
• Uninstalling the App or clearing app data will permanently delete all stored data
• We recommend regularly exporting important data as PDF reports
• Anonymous usage analytics are collected via Firebase to improve the App

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Devikon Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Devikon Inc. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of business data due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause
• Inaccuracies in calculations, reports, or invoices generated by the App
• Any financial losses resulting from reliance on data within the App
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device
