PipeLine stores the following data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device:

• Project Data: Project names, descriptions, budgets, timelines, and status
• Invoice Records: Invoice amounts, line items, payment status, and dates
• Expense Records: Expense categories, amounts, dates, and associated projects
• Employee Data: Employee names, roles, departments, attendance, and assignments
• Material Inventory: Material names, quantities, costs, and supplier information
• Building/Site Data: Property details and site information

2.2 Firebase Analytics (Anonymous)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, screen size
• Usage Patterns: Which features are used most, screen views, app sessions
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data to help us fix bugs
• Performance Data: App launch times, screen load times

All your business data is stored in an encrypted local database on your device using Android's Room database with encryption. We do not have access to this data and it never leaves your device.

• Data is protected by your device's security (PIN, fingerprint, etc.)
• Firebase analytics data is transmitted securely via HTTPS/TLS

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data with third parties. The only data transmitted from the app is anonymous Firebase analytics data to Google's Firebase service, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: All your business data is on your device and accessible through the app at all times
• Deletion: You can delete any data within the app, clear app data from device settings, or uninstall the app to remove all data
• Export: You can export your data as PDF reports from within the app
• Analytics Opt-out: You can request deletion of Firebase analytics data by contacting us

7. Children's Privacy

PipeLine is a business management tool intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
