By downloading, installing, or using Yojana Mitra (“the app”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by Devikon Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Yojana Mitra is an unofficial, independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or connected to any State Government, any Union Territory administration, the Government of India, or the myscheme.gov.in portal. All government names, marks, and portals belong to their respective owners.
The official government portals — including myscheme.gov.in and the relevant departmental portals — are the authoritative sources. For anything official — checking eligibility definitively, applying, or filing a grievance — use the official portal, not this app.
The app presents publicly available information about central and State/UT government welfare schemes and helps you discover schemes you may be eligible for, based on an eligibility profile you build on your device. It works offline once the catalogue is cached, is bilingual, and lets you deep-link out to the official portal to read authoritative details and apply. The app does not submit any application on your behalf.
Eligibility results in the app are indicative suggestions only. A result that you “may qualify” for a scheme is not a guarantee of eligibility, approval, or benefit. Actual eligibility is determined solely by the concerned government authority under its official rules, which may change and may require documents and verification. Always verify eligibility and details on the official portal before acting.
Scheme information is drawn from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. We do not create, certify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any scheme, eligibility rule, benefit amount, or deadline. Do not rely on the app for legal, financial, or benefit decisions — verify against the official portal and the concerned department.
Online scheme-catalogue refresh depends on the availability of upstream public sources, including myscheme.gov.in, which are outside our control. Lookups may fail or be delayed if a source is slow, down, or changes. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devikon Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app, its eligibility suggestions, or the scheme information it displays. The app is a convenience tool for discovering public schemes; the official portals remain the source of truth.
Yojana Mitra is free to download and use, with no ads. If paid features are introduced in future, they will be clearly described before you opt in.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in West Bengal, India.
