POPOS — Restaurant POS & Billing

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Devikon Inc. (“Company”). This Agreement governs your use of POPOS (the “Application”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Devikon Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your business data (orders, customers, menu, etc.) entered into POPOS belongs to you.
Company may, from time to time, update, modify, or enhance the Application. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or removal of existing features. Updates may be installed automatically or require manual download via the Play Store.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Application.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Application and uninstalling it from your devices. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
