End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Devikon Inc. (“Company”). This Agreement governs your use of PipeLine (the “Application”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on your personal mobile device
• Access and use the Application for managing your own business operations
• Generate invoices, reports, and other documents for your business use

3. License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Application
• Use the Application to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transfer, sublicense, or lease the Application to any third party
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage or impair the service

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all rights, without limitation including proprietary rights therein, are owned by the Company. The Application is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to the Company.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your use of the Application and all data entered into it
• The accuracy of your business data, invoices, and reports
• Maintaining backups of your important business data
• Compliance with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and business requirements
• Securing access to your device and the Application

6. Data Storage

All business data is stored locally on your device. The Company does not have access to, and cannot recover, any data stored within the Application. Uninstalling the Application or clearing app data will permanently delete all stored business data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of calculations, reports, or generated documents

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill
• Financial losses arising from inaccurate data or reports

9. Updates and Modifications

The Company may provide updates, modifications, or enhancements to the Application. You agree that such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed without prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
