Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

At Devikon Inc., we respect your right to control your personal and business data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can delete your data from the PipeLine app.

2. Locally Stored Data

PipeLine stores all business data locally on your device, including:

• Client information (names, contacts, addresses)
• Project data (names, budgets, timelines, status)
• Invoice records (amounts, line items, payment status)
• Expense records (categories, amounts, dates)
• Employee data (names, roles, departments, attendance)
• Material inventory (items, quantities, costs, suppliers)
• Building and site information
• App settings and preferences

3. How to Delete Your Data

Method 1: Delete Individual Records

You can delete individual records within the app:

1. Navigate to the relevant section (Clients, Projects, Invoices, etc.)
2. Select the record you want to delete
3. Use the delete option to remove it
4. Confirm the deletion

Method 2: Clear All App Data

To delete ALL data at once:

1. Go to your device's Settings
2. Navigate to Apps > PipeLine
3. Tap “Storage”
4. Tap “Clear Data” or “Clear Storage”
5. Confirm the action

Method 3: Uninstall the App

Uninstalling PipeLine from your device will automatically delete all locally stored data. No data remains on your device after uninstallation.

4. Firebase Analytics Data

The only data we collect externally is anonymous Firebase analytics. To request deletion of this analytics data:

• Send an email to devikontech@gmail.com with subject “Data Deletion Request - PipeLine App”
• Include your device model and approximate date range of app usage
• We will process your request within 30 days

5. Data Deletion Timeline

• Local Data: Deleted immediately when you clear app data or uninstall
• Firebase Analytics: Within 30 days of receiving your deletion request

6. Before You Delete

We recommend the following before deleting your data:

• Export important invoices and reports as PDFs from within the app
• Save any client contact information you may need
• Note any outstanding project or payment details
