1. Overview

We respect your right to control your data. This policy explains how to remove data associated with Bhumir Tathya.

Key point: Your records, bookmarks, search history, and banglarbhumi session cookies are stored only on your device — not on our servers. Deleting them is entirely within your control, and uninstalling the app removes them.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

  • Cached records (Khatian / RoR, plot details, mutation status, GRN results) you have viewed
  • Bookmarks and search history
  • District / Block / Mouza picker cache
  • Your banglarbhumi.gov.in session cookies (never your password)
  • Preferences (language, theme, default district) and any PDFs you saved

3. Sign Out to Clear Your Session

To remove your banglarbhumi session cookies from the device, open Settings → Sign out. This clears the stored session; your saved password is never stored by the app in the first place.

4. Clear Cached Records and Bookmarks

  1. In the app, open Settings → Offline cache → Clear to remove cached records.
  2. Delete individual bookmarks or history items from the Saved / Bookmarks screen, or clear them in bulk.

5. Delete All App Data

To wipe everything Bhumir Tathya stores on your device:

  1. Android system clear: Settings → Apps → Bhumir Tathya → Storage → Clear Data
  2. Uninstall: Long-press the Bhumir Tathya icon and choose Uninstall — this removes the app and all of its local data, including session cookies

6. Anonymous Analytics

The app sends anonymous analytics that is not tied to you personally and contains no record contents. To stop new analytics, uninstall the app; data already collected is retained by the upstream provider under its own retention policy.

7. Feedback Submitted Through This Website

If you submitted feedback through this website (which may include your email address) and would like that record deleted, submit a request below or email us. Include the email address you used.

Important: This Action is Irreversible

Once submitted, your account will be deactivated immediately and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. This action cannot be undone.
