These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fetchly API platform, developer portal, and related services (“Services”), a product of Devikon Inc. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By accessing or using Fetchly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Fetchly provides a media extraction API that allows developers to programmatically retrieve media metadata, streaming URLs, and related content from 1800+ supported platforms. The Services include the REST API, developer portal, API key management, usage analytics dashboard, and documentation.
You must register for an account to access the API. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at devikontech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your use of the Fetchly API is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription tier. You agree not to:

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Devikon and Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rates in effect at the time of renewal. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Devikon and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the API, documentation, and platform infrastructure. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Fetchly's or Devikon's trademarks, logos, or brand assets. Content you extract via the API remains the property of the respective source platforms and their content creators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devikon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the API will always be able to access any specific third-party platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account through the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and you will lose access to the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the developer portal at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
