This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through the Fetchly platform. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Fetchly offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Pro and Business). Subscriptions are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period. All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before annual renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your paid tier's features and quota limits until the period ends — there is no immediate downgrade upon cancellation.
After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your account data, API usage history, and existing API keys are preserved.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain access through the end of the paid period but will not receive a refund for the current month.
Annual subscription payments may be eligible for a pro-rata credit if you cancel within 7 days of the initial charge or renewal charge. The credit is calculated as the unused portion of the annual term, minus any promotional discounts applied at purchase. Credits are applied to your account and can be used toward future Fetchly charges — they are not issued as cash refunds.
Annual cancellations after the 7-day window are non-refundable, though you retain access through the end of the annual period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at devikontech@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email, the transaction date, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
We recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or Razorpay, as chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is under review.
