Summary: Devikon is an internal operations app used by authorized Devikon Inc. staff to run the business. It is not a consumer product. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and how we protect it.
This Privacy Policy describes how Devikon Inc. ("Devikon", "we", "us") handles information within the Devikon business-operations app (the "App"). The App is provided to employees, contractors, and other authorized staff to manage the company's day-to-day operations. By signing in, you agree to the handling of information as described here.
When an administrator invites you, we process your name, work email address, and the authentication credentials managed by our identity provider, along with your assigned role and active/inactive status.
We may process basic device information and anonymous diagnostics to keep the App secure and reliable.
Business and customer records processed in the App are owned and controlled by Devikon Inc. Staff act on the company's behalf when handling this data and must follow company policy and applicable law, including the rights of the individuals whose data appears in the App.
Data is stored in our managed backend and protected with role-based access controls enforced on the server, so each person can only read and change the records their role permits. Access to administrative functions is restricted, and significant actions are recorded in an audit log. The App can cache data on your device for offline use; that cache is removed when you sign out or uninstall.
We retain records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations. Data-deletion requests captured from the public site (which carry the requester's email) are tracked against a service-level deadline and actioned accordingly. Staff may review and update their own profile in the App. For other requests — access, correction, or deletion of personal data — contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated to staff through the usual internal channels.
