Devikon is an internal business-operations app for authorized Devikon Inc. staff. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we may hold about you.
Key Point: If you are a member of staff, your account and HR records are managed by your administrator and are subject to company retention requirements. If you submitted information through our website (for example, your email with feedback), you can request its deletion below.
To deactivate or remove a staff account and its associated profile data, contact your administrator or HR. Note that some employment, payroll, and tax records must be retained for the period required by law even after an account is deactivated.
If you contacted us or submitted feedback through the website and would like that record (which may include your email address) deleted, submit a request using the form below. Include the email address you used so we can locate your data.
Complete the form below. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period and in line with applicable data-protection requirements.
Once submitted, your account will be deactivated immediately and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. This action cannot be undone.
