Fetchly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Devikon Inc. product that operates the Fetchly media-extraction API platform and developer portal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Fetchly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated by your use of the service.

Account Data

When you create a Fetchly account, we collect your email address, display name, and encrypted password. If you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g. GitHub), we receive the profile data that provider shares with us according to your permissions.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your API usage: the requests you make (endpoint, parameters, timestamps), response times, error rates, and daily and monthly request counts. This data is associated with your account and used to calculate quota consumption and generate your usage dashboard.

Cookies and Local Storage

How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Fetchly API and developer portal

Third-Party Services

Razorpay: We use Razorpay to process subscription payments. Your payment information is submitted directly to Razorpay's secure servers; Fetchly receives only a Razorpay customer ID and subscription ID and never stores your raw card details. See the Razorpay Privacy Policy.

Hosting & infrastructure: Our platform and the underlying extraction API run on managed cloud infrastructure. Request logs and telemetry may be processed by those providers solely to operate and secure the service.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for 90 days for free-tier accounts and 12 months for paid accounts. After account deletion, we purge personally identifiable data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
