Devikon — Business Operations

Note: Devikon is an internal tool for authorized Devikon Inc. staff. These terms govern your use of the App as part of your work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to the Devikon business-operations app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

The App is available only to employees, contractors, and other staff who have been invited and granted an account by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Roles & Permissions

Each account is assigned a role that determines which features and records you can access. Permissions are enforced on the server. You must not attempt to access data or functions outside the scope of your role.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the App only for legitimate Devikon business purposes
  • Do not export, share, or misuse customer, staff, or business data except as your role and company policy permit
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the App
  • Comply with all applicable laws and company policies, including those protecting personal data

5. Data Ownership

All business and customer data within the App is owned and controlled by Devikon Inc. You access this data solely to perform your duties and have no personal rights to it.

6. Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Termination

Your access ends when your engagement with Devikon ends or when an administrator deactivates your account. Deactivation takes effect immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" for internal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devikon Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
