Summary: Devikon Inc. grants authorized staff a limited, internal license to use the Devikon app on company-approved devices. The App and its intellectual property remain ours.

1. License Grant

Subject to this agreement, Devikon Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Devikon business-operations app (the "App") on devices used for Devikon business, solely for performing your authorized duties.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the App
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the App outside the scope of your role or for any purpose other than Devikon business
  • Share your account or allow unauthorized persons to access the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Devikon Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license above.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, which are covered by this agreement unless they come with separate terms. We may require you to install updates to continue using the App.

5. Termination

This license ends automatically when your engagement with Devikon ends or when your account is deactivated. On termination, you must stop using the App; cached data is removed when you sign out or uninstall.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devikon Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
