At Devikon Inc., we respect your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information collected through the Savvy app.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
You can request the deletion of:
- Account information (email address, display name)
- Usage data and analytics
- Device information
- Any other personal data we have collected
Note: Videos downloaded to your device are stored locally and can be deleted directly from your device's file manager. We do not store downloaded videos on our servers.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: In-App Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data directly from the app:
- Open the Savvy app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Account"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to our support team with the following information:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request - Savvy App"
- Your registered email address
- Your account username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to delete all your data

4. Data Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Within 48 hours: All personal data will be removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: All data will be permanently deleted from backup systems
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely deleted.
5. What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- All your preferences and settings will be lost
- Your usage history will be permanently removed
- You can create a new account at any time
6. Exceptions
We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolving disputes
- Enforcing our terms of service
Such retained data will be minimal and kept only for the required period.
