2. Development Services
2.1 Custom Development Projects
For custom development projects (mobile apps, web applications, desktop software):
Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel before we begin work on your project:
- Full refund of any advance payment made
- Must be requested in writing within 48 hours of payment
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days
After Project Commencement
Once work has begun on your project:
- Refunds are calculated based on work completed
- You will be charged for completed milestones and hours worked
- Unused portion of advance payment may be refunded
- Minimum 20% of project value is non-refundable for setup and planning
Post-Delivery
After final delivery and client approval:
- No refunds on completed and accepted work
- Bug fixes and minor adjustments covered under warranty
- Major changes or new features subject to additional charges
3. App Services (Savvy & Other Products)
3.1 In-App Purchases
For purchases made within our mobile applications:
- Coins/Credits: Non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical errors
- Premium Subscriptions: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase if no premium features were used
- Technical Issues: Full refund if service is unavailable due to technical problems on our end
3.2 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your app account settings
- Google Play Store subscription management
- Contacting our support team
Note: Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

- Chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action for frivolous disputes

9. Project Modifications
If you wish to modify project scope after work has begun:

10. Warranty and Support
For completed development projects:
- Bug Fixes: Free bug fixes for 30-90 days post-delivery (as per contract)
- Technical Support: Included support period as specified in agreement
- Extended Support: Available for purchase after warranty period
